1.2 Products and Services
We offer ready-made and custom-planted containers for sale through our website. Each product is created with care, but due to the nature of live plants, each item may vary slightly in appearance.
1.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our website. By using this site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1 Placing an Order
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the products listed in your order at the prices indicated. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
2.2 Custom Orders
Custom-planted containers will be prepared based on the specifications you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided for customization are accurate.
2.3 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Credit, Debit, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay. All payments must be made in full before the order is processed.
2.4 Pricing and Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is unavailable after placing your order, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Delivery Times
We aim to deliver ready-made containers within 5-7 business days and custom orders within 7-14 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location and seasonal factors.
3.2 DeliveryCosts
Delivery costs will be calculated based on the mileage of delivery address, weight, and location placed.
4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
4.1 Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 day of placing it, provided the order has not been completed. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
4.2 Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact upon receiving your order with a description and photos of the issue.
4.3 Refunds
Refunds are processed only for damaged or defective items. Once the claim is approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
5. Product Care
5.1 Plant Care Instructions
Upon Request, we provide plant i.d. and care instructions for all plants. However, once the plants are delivered, their care is your responsibility. We do not offer guarantees on the survival of plants due to variables beyond our control (e.g., environmental conditions, improper care).
6. Liability
6.1 Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claims arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6.2 Warranties
All products are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, except as expressly stated in these terms.
7. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state of Florida.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.

All original artwork, designs, graphics, logos, product names, and text appearing on this website are the sole property of Dahlia & Petunia and are protected by U.S. copyright law. This includes, but is not limited to, t-shirt designs, product descriptions, digital content, and all branding materials.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Dahlia & Petunia.
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
