We want you to love every item you receive — whether it’s made in-house or sent from one of our trusted brand partners. Here’s how returns work:

💚 Boutique Items Shipped by Us

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

🧵 Items Shipped from Our Partners

Some items—such as apparel, gifts, and select accessories—are shipped by our fulfillment partners. For these:

  • Returns may be limited or handled differently depending on the vendor
  • Please contact us directly — we’ll assist on a case-by-case basis
  • We always advocate for our customers and do our best to make it right

🪴 Planters & Custom Items

Because our planters are living and made-to-order, they are final sale.

However, if something arrives damaged or you’re unhappy, please reach out — we stand behind every piece we make.

All sale, seasonal, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
